Jim is living evidence that those who teach, CAN DO. Originally trained as an educator, Jim believes ”we are all teachers all of the time and we all should to be learning all the time”. His 1st Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel is a foundation for his philosophy of growing business by growing people. A 2nd Masters in Educational Administration with a focus on Organizational Development has provided the framework for consulting with and building companies.
Jim has gained valuable additional experience in service to the community. This includes serving on the Board of Ellis Hospital, a $400 million dollar Medical Center in NYS, Chairman of N.E. New York March of Dimes, and was active on the Boards of the Chamber of Commerce and Red Cross. He was an Adjunct Business Instructor at the College of St. Rose and frequent radio talk show guest on WGY in NYS, as an expert in executive and personal time management.

Established a U.S. entity for an Italian salon product manufacturer. Recruited and developed sales, management, operational and finance teams and created systems for each. Established U.S. distribution network. Served on Board of Directions. Retired to return to part time freelance consulting.
